Topic: Be persistent and consistent!

If you get frustrated because you are not losing weight fast enough, if you get frustrated because you are not doing as well as you should with sticking with your program, if you get frustrated because you go off track one weekend and eat the foods you should not, get right back on the program and do not stop whatever you do because you can reach this goal. You can reach your goal weight!

Topic: Burn twice as much fat for the same amount of work.

When you exercise in the morning on an empty stomach your body will dip into your fat stores much more quickly and you can actually burn twice as much fat for the same amount of work. Why should you then wait 30 minutes to eat?
