Slim Body Minute Transcription
Hey friends, this is Josh Bezoni, your Slim Body Coach and this week’s tip is a quick one, but a really good one. What this week’s tip is, is to do your exercise first thing in the morning. Now, the reason for that is after you fasted throughout the night your blood sugar levels are naturally lower. They are still within an acceptable range, let’s put it that way, but they are lower than after you eat a meal or usually they’re lower than they would be later in the day. So, when you exercise in the morning on an empty stomach your body will dip into your fat stores much more quickly and you can actually burn twice as much fat for the same amount of work.
Now, I know a lot of people can’t exercise during the morning for whatever reason, but whenever possible, do. If you can’t, it’s great and I tip my hat to you for exercising in the first place. This is just a little added bonus you can do to help yourself get better results faster and I know we’re all interested in getting better results faster.
Here’s another little side tip, after you’re done exercising in the morning, take at least 30 minutes to an hour and not eat because what you’ll do is you’ll keep riding that wave of calorie burning and fat burning and you’ll do that for about another 30 minutes to an hour after you’re done exercising in the morning on an empty stomach. If you can’t because you have to eat something before you go to work, again, it’s great that you exercised in the morning, but if you can, wait for 30 minutes to an hour after you exercise. To increase this even more, before you start to exercise if you take a product that stimulates your metabolism like for example Slim Seduction or SlimPath Burn, you can get an even better result as far as fat burning from your exercise in the morning. That’s just a little side tip there.
I guess there’s three tips I gave you today; exercise in the morning on an empty stomach, wait 30 to 60 minutes after you exercise to eat so you continue to burn fat at an accelerated rate, and use a diet product like Slim Seduction or SlimPath Burn to accelerate and get better results faster from your efforts. We all want better results faster because I know we are in an age of wanting quick results and instant gratification and I don’t blame anybody because I’m the same way. So, I hope you like this week’s tip.
