Slim Body Minute Transcription
Hey, friends. How are you? This is Josh Bezoni, your Slim Body coach, with a very special announcement today. In case you did not hear the information already, we announced Round 3 winners of the $25,000.00 Slim Body Challenge and we had co-winners this round because two people did such a fabulous job. One of them is Marcia and the other is Rita. Now if you go down this page and you look at the P.S., there is a link there you can click on to see the before and after pictures of Marcia and of Rita and they both did a fantastic job. I mean an incredible job. Marcia lost over 37 pounds and over 30 inches. Her cholesterol went from 248 down to 182. I mean the whole thing is just amazing. Her BMI, body mass index, went down to 25.3 and when she started it was 31.8. So both of them did amazing things.
Rita lost 55 pounds, which is just an incredible feat, and I had the opportunity and really the privilege to meet Rita and surprise her with balloons and a big check at where she works now. She is actually working now at a health club at a fitness club because she has lost the weight. She feels so great about herself that she has actually taken up a new occupation of working in a fitness club, which when you think about it, it is amazing. Not only did she transform her body, but she transformed her whole life, and when I met Rita, she is full of energy and excitement and when I talked to Marcia, she is full of energy and excitement. You can hear me talk to Marcia, surprise her over the phone at the link below in the P.S. I am going to put a video either this week or early next week, actual video of me surprising Rita. We had a film crew go along with us and it was just an exciting event. My whole staff went over and we had a great, great time.
So this week’s Slim Body Minute Tip ties right into Rita and Marcia because this week’s tip is to be persistent and consistent. Now a lot of people are persistent for a while. They will go on a weight loss program or body transformation program and after a few weeks they get sidetracked, life takes over, they do not see the results they want, and they are persistent for a few weeks, and then they are done and they go back to the same weight or even a higher weight and on the other hand consistency means sticking with the program or sticking with a goal, such as losing 20 pounds, 30 pounds, 40 pounds, until you actually achieve it and that is what Rita and Marcia are prime examples of.
We have had three rounds of the Slim Body Challenge this year and Marcia and Rita have joined every round. They were not winners in the first round. They were not winners in the second round, but they were both winners in the third round and they are just a testament to persistence and consistency and now to reward them they each got a check for $2,500.00 and they got reimbursed for all the products they purchased during the Round 3 of the Slim Body Challenge. They got a year’s supply of their favorite GNS product and I am taking both of them and a guest each on a cruise along with past winners like Marie Seibel, Tina White, Yolanda, and we are all going to have a great time. Molly is going to be going, other members of my staff, and we are going to have a great time out in the Caribbean on a cruise and just celebrating having a great time. We are going to film that, also.
So that is my tip for today. If you get frustrated because you are not losing weight fast enough, if you get frustrated because you are not doing as well as you should with sticking with your program, if you get frustrated because you go off track one weekend and eat the foods you should not, get right back on the program and do not stop whatever you do because you can reach this goal. You can reach your goal weight. It is just a matter of time and energy and the more energy you put into it the faster you are going to achieve that goal.
I really want everyone to experience the results of having a transformed body because man, you should see Rita. You should just see the energy that comes out of this woman. She is great and Marcia just you can tell when you lose that weight your confidence increases, your self-esteem skyrockets, and also your health. Your health goes through the roof. It is just such a positive, positive thing and I want everyone to experience that because it is so important in life to go through life and having a high quality of life. So with that in mind that is my tip this week and I hope you will go and look at the P.S. below and look at Marcia and Rita’s pictures and read their stories below their pictures that they wrote in their own words and I also want you to know that if you have competed in past rounds of the Slim Body Challenge or if you have not gotten involved yet, you can get involved right now. Below in the other P.S. below the other one I was talking about, I will have a link where you can click and read all the rules and regulations for the Slim Body Challenge.
Round 4 is closed, but at any time, right now would be a good time, you can get involved in the Slim Body Challenge, compete for 12 weeks, and simply send us your finished packet seven days after you complete and if you get involved right now we will include you in Round 1 of the 2007 contest, which will be even bigger and better than the 2006 contest. So you can get involved now. There is no reason to wait and remember during the holiday season that is coming up here with Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s, those are all times that are really dangerous for us trying to maintain or lose weight because of all the food and parties and gatherings. So being persistent and consistent during this time of year is the most important. Getting involved in the challenge at this time of year will help you do that and give you motivation to stay on track. So with that in mind I want to thank everybody. I really, truly believe that you can reach your weight-loss goal and transform your body and life just like Rita and Marcia have done and continue to do and I wish you the very, very, very best.
