I'm 19 and 1st started gaining weight when I broke my leg and was in bed rest for 6 months. What also doesn't help is my choice of birth control, which is the Depo shot. When I start on the weight loss pills should a consider another method or does it matter? Another concern I am having is that I really only want to lose weight in my arms and stomach and only a bit on my thighs. How do I make that happen and trust me crunches and sit ups does not work. Thanks for your interest.

I didn't post weight or journal for over a week-I took 4 Slim Seduction every day as directed, but didn't really eat right.
I did eat right all this week, though, and continued the Slim Seduction, and lost 6 more pounds-down to 292! The lowest I've been in at least a year! |

just received slim seduction, my fasting blood sugar was 150 which is to high, I watched the cd while walking on treadmill.
My 55th birthday is 8 days away, i dont see myself as that old or do I see myself as that heavy, yet I used to like to look in the mirror, but I dont like it that much now. My teeth are straightening out nicely though,Invisalign,(had braces when I was 14, but my bottom teeth were getting really crooked) and this year with the holidays are really hard,and is to much a reminder of Rosemarie,(my mother-in-law who died of Pancreatic cancer on Feb.2,2008 and how hard the last... Well I got up this morning and worked out. I then got on the scale and still no weight loss. I do feel different in my back and energy level but don't know what else i can do to see the pounds going short of working out all day, which isn't reality. Only people on biggest loser have time to workout all day. well, I am going to keep at it and see if I can get some results. I only weigh myself once a week and might start going longer between weighins. hmm? |

Hello,
My name is Natalie Cochran. I have lived most of my life being in great shape. Well at least I tought I was. I never exercised, I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and I had a great body. I always had a bit of a pot belly but I could just suck that into a pair of tight jeans and be on my way. That all ended at age 22 when I had my 1st son. It took me a while to lose the weight. My stomach looked like I was still pregnant until he was about three and a half months old. I managed to lose weight and got down to 160lbs from 173 and then I became pregnant with my second son. Today was a good day I ate a salad and a low calorie sandwhich, I felt a lot better eating this little meal then eating those big meals, I went to see an apartment today it can become very stressful looking for an apartment. The right apartment antways one not to small or to expensive or it.s big but to expensive. I really am trying to move away from the negative enviroment I live in now, it's so much garbage in my neighborhhod, I need a change. |

1. can I take SS with Relacore? I use relacore to help me de-stress. 2. How is this taken? I have problems with taking meds. on an empty stomach; I get nauseous and have stomach pains/cramps. 3. What dietplan should I be following? I lost 22lbs on another diet this year but it is too costly so I need to find another way to lose weight. 4. Is my fat limited? 5. Is SS a laxative type diet pill? |

I will only be weighing in every Saturday morning, but I'll write in this journal how I'm feeling every day. So far, being a farmer for a living and all, I haven't had much exercise except the cross-country rapid walks around my acreage, but I know that counts! What is the difference between ss and ssxp. Do you take one or the other or do you take them together. And Im taking CLA so would add ssxp to that? I get confused. I want to know the combination that is the best fat reducing. Thanks. |
