Today I started taking the slimbody dietary pills. I ate lunch and no breakfast and will eat dinner- which will be meatloaf and a baked potatoe and maybe some salad. For lunch I had 4 mini slices of the elios pizza.....I really want to just be the right weight for my height which is 5'3" and so that would be 125. I am not anywhere close to that but my husband went to bootcamp to join our navy and it'll be a month exactly on the 8th that he has been gone. OK. My first day on South Beach diet and exercising, again. I I drank 1 cup of coffee, w/1% milk, 2 hard boiled eggs and a few grape tomatoes for breakfast. I have snacked on roasted almonds and I had a hamb. patty w/cheese, tomatoe and onion. I am drinking water and a diet coke. I know that I need to limit my intake of caffine. I'll be going to the gym tonight. I weighed myself at work, 158.3#s. YUCK! I'll try to hold off and not weigh again until next Monday. My name is Mirta I'm 32 yrs old I have 3 kids after I had my dauther 2yrs ago I loss 30lbs but three months after a gaing 40lbs I try everything to lose weight from meso therapy to any type of diets you can think off.
My husban is 7yrs younger then me so you can emaging how I feel with the over weight that I have, my husban was sent to Mexico we are trying to get his paper legaly and I feel more sad because I don't have my husband near and I'm getting a lot of weight I don't know what else to do I'm hope this can help me to reach my goal I want to loss 60lbs thats how much I'm overweigh... Well, I got my sups yesterday and I started this morning. So excited! My husband is still in the hospital, they found the reason why he got pnemonia and are treating it, hopefully he will be home tonight. The kids are back in school (cool) and I will be shopping for a birthday gift today, my husbands. I will be going back to work shortly, thank gosh!! I am going to the store to buy some of the food recommended on this site so that will help and I take my dog for walks, till I get better I cant really run. Very excited to start my new life style and get healthy!!! |

Last year I started in January, and I actually lost 21 lbs by June. Unfortunately, I have gained every pound back. :-( But no more. Today I start at 256 lbs, and I must say "Oh what a difference 20 lbs make!" I am going to try an improve upon last year's progress. As I want to drop more than 20 pounds this time. Since last month,I have been working at my new job,I love it,but I have gained all my weight back.I work at a school,so I get 2 weeks off for winter break.I think I gained 10 lbs,seriously.I am up to 155,just 3 months ago,I was 136.(155 probably don't sound like much,but I'm only 5'1)I go back to work tomorrow,but I can't fit into any of my clothes.I have been wearing the same jeans for 3 days,because I can't fit into anything else.I feel like for some reason I'm trying to make myself fat.I hate who I am,I hate that I'm fat.

The first week of trying to loose I did good, second week I gained. I am an emotional eater. So when I am upset, depressed I go for food. When I am bored I eat. My husband does not like how I look so that puts more stress on my. It makes me mad. I eat. I feel like I have to sneak to eat when he is around. A year ago I lost 20 pounds. I was working out 3 times a week and was on the phentermine. But, once I stop taking the pill and stop exercising I started gain it all back. I gain the 20 back plus another 10. As of today, 01/04/09 I have not lost any weight, but my energy level is up. I am hoping as a result of this I'll be able to add some exercise to my daily routine. I plan to begin in the morning with a 20 minute simple routine. I have a herniated disc and my hip and lower back hurts everyday. I've lost my job as a result of budget cuts and no longer have medical insurance or extra income to purchase items that may help my situation. I'm hoping weight loss will releve most if not all of my pain. |
